They dress simply amazing!

They dress so damn good and it seems like they don't even try. I've actually looked through vintage stores and can't even find the stuff they wear. They have a great image!

And once she buys the clothes, wearing them always makes her feel special and alive when she gets attention, envy and praise from other women about how she looks. http://www.storageauctionhowto.com/

i dig fabs coca cola tshirts

I just love how they dress, especially julian and nikolai, julian usually wears some pretty cool jackets, and i've always thougt his shoes in reptilia along with his overall look just look amazing, it's kind of hard to find that kind of clothing where i live though

their styles fit them.
i want their converse shoes, btw.

but 1 thing: i dont like nick's like weird scoopy shirts! they look weird

other than that its all good 8) its hard to really dislike what someone wears cause its like.. what they like so you wouldn't really want them to change it i guess.

Juju has that Kung Foo action grip going in those pics.

Choke that chicken. Juj!

Fender Hot Rod DeVille 212 Guitar Amplifier = $800
Visual Sound Jekyll and Hyde Overdrive Pedal = $140
BOSS TU-2 Chromatic Tuner = $70
MXR M-133 Micro Amp Pedal = $80

... that's quite expensive considering they didn't have jobs.
i think most of the suits they wore in 2001 were probably really expensive as they we're and probably are even more so, quite rich. i mean just look at the guitars they play! and Fender Deville Amps with expensive guitar pedals too, even when the band couldn't get an audience of more than 10 people they had reeeally good gear.
Their guitars amps and pedals aren't that expensive.

The fat pants rock.

To be honest with you.. they dress like they do not give a shit!
I have to admit, it is a good thing. There style is quiet simple if you think about it.
Jeans, converse, regular t shirts, snazzy jackets, v necks

try drift stores...Sometimes I get lucky finding good stuff

i wonder where they buy their clothes?? i mean i live in NY and i can't find anything like their clothes:S

they not only dress amazing, they changed the way people dress

I mean, at least in my country, when the strokes became famous the people started to dress like them, took ideas from their outfits, there's a before and after in skinny jeans life here with the strokes
In an arctic monkeys gig I saw a couple of boys with the same julian's hair and clothes
i digg albert and fab style!
nick is just a mess!
D:
I thought he dressed very nice.
I like his skinney jeans, cons, and v neck shirts...

*snickers*

but they were snazzy dressers solely because they wore clothes that fit.

That's a simple but profound statement. Quite true.

raid any east village or williamsburg thrift store now and you can recreate a strokes circa 2001 look. don't know why you would want to now, even the strokes no longer dress that way, but they were snazzy dressers solely because they wore clothes that fit.

This thread makes me
Come on!
