I like the Hawaii song at the MTV live performance.
"Is This It" Mad TV
the first time i saw The Strokes
also this performance blew my mind so bad i forgot the name of the band when they introduced them so i spent the next 4 hours on my computer scrolling through mad tv shit on youtube
yea, that perfromance of take it or leave it to me is like the best example of what the strokes are. If i was gonna show someobdy one video to let them know that this band is all about, this is definately the one i would shjow.
Now that is a lot of brass air fittings http://www.liangdianup.com/subpages/airfitting_1.htm there is just about every type
of air fitting that you could want. Wholesale prices too. I guess these could be used as small water pipe fitting also. I
used some of the parts to make my babington wvo bu
:D    :D
the one where julian fell was horrible!!!!!
but i coudnt help laughing.....

LET'S GO CRAZY!
LMFAO!!! Julian fell, that's hilarious! Other than that, awesome performance!!!
jUST GOT THE JULIAN VID CRAWLING ON THE FLOOR VID....get your sexy OOOOOOONNNNN!
Its Either 12:51 live at Belfort
the ending is fantastic
Last Night on Jools Holland
probably take it or leave it on letterman.
my LEAST favorite is their last snl performance. i think they played YOLO and juicebox. you could tell the julian's heart wasn't really in it. maybe drunk or high or something
I like a lot!
And many moarrrrrrrr!
I'd imagine everyones fav would be the letterman 'take it or leave it' performance
if not, than its just mine!
i love all their live perfomances but whe Julian forgets the lyrics or changes them... is just a classic for me! i swear!!
Last Nite on Jools Holland...o b-baby
From 0-18 second mark, I never get tired of watching this clip.. haha
You watch some of the 2$ bill footage and you see how non-intense The Strokes can sometimes be - especially Julian.
i love the $2 bill performances.
especially nicks legs during "the modern age" he is the lankiest guy this side of the mississippi
and that stage
the lights, its just so laid back and phenomenal
Take It or Leave It on Letterman is definitely one of their best performances on TV. If you haven't noticed that everytime they play that song they really get into it. Reptilia on Conan is also pretty good and Hard to Explain on SNL and You only Live Once on SNL. There are many others, I don't really have a favorite I like them all.
Last Nite on Mtv
hihihihi "Im gonna shit on your floor"
2 dollar bill takes the cake for me.
However (even though it wasn't televised) the Arlene's Grocery footage is SOLID
The Modern Age at the Conan O'Brien show
^^Not really a TV performance but it's still the best(;
YES, hard to explain at oxygen is awesome!
take it or leave it
heart in a cage on letterman
hard to explain on SNL.......
jools holland it's so great, julian's voice its just perfection
The atmosphere in the video of the strokes in oxygen festival is fantastic
I love how the wind blows on them
Heart in a cage at Jools Holland is perfection, absolutely perfection!
^ The "Three in the morning" part gets me every time too.
I think this needs to be mentioned:
Julian's last "Oh, oh, oh"s at about 3:00 are absolutely ridiculously awesome.
robotrocks i totally agree with you!
My first favorite is "Heart in a Cage" at Jools Holland. Julian's voice sounds so...vibrato. No other way to describe it.
when he sings 'three in the morning' as well, that floors me.
his voice sounds sooo good
vibrato IS the word :)
^I love that
THIS, without a doubt..look at it, trust me, you might not have seen it before.
^ I must agree, Hawaii from MTV Live is fabulous. I like it even better than the studio version so I had to put it on my iPod.
Some of my other favorites are Take it or Leave It from Letterman 'cause of all the energy and all of the Jools Holland performances as well 'cause Julian's voice sounds so great. And all their Conan performances sound so good they could pass for lip-syncing.
All those performances are awesome but c'mon...
Hawaii live at MTV studios in London
I like the permonce of Hawaii on mtv show in london, YOLO on Conan
and yeah, Take it or Leave it is a magic perfomance..
